Paying for Treatment: Packages, Membership and Cherry

Aesthetic treatment is a real expense and most of it is not covered by insurance. Here are the ways to approach paying for it at Willow and Oak, described plainly.
Per-treatment pricing
Our menu lists starting prices. Some are fixed — a relaxing facial is $125. Some scale with the area or the amount, like laser hair removal from $75 or filler from $600. Some are per-unit, like Botox and Xeomin at $12 a unit.
In every case you should know your total before treatment begins. Ask. It is a normal question and the answer should come readily.
Package pricing
For several services — our laser treatments especially — a course is more realistic than a single session. Laser hair removal is the clearest example: it genuinely requires a series.
Package pricing is given at consultation. If a course is recommended, ask for the package price rather than the per-session price. That is the number that reflects what you will actually spend.
Membership
We are finalising a membership programme, aimed at the people who come in regularly for maintenance rather than occasionally for a one-off.
It is not live yet and we are not going to publish tiers we have not settled. Call us on 615.236.2400 and we will tell you where it stands.
Cherry payment plans
We offer Cherry, a third-party financing provider, so treatment can be spread over time rather than paid up front.
How it works:
- Apply with Cherry. Applying does not affect your credit score.
- If approved, you see the plan options available to you.
- Use your approved amount toward treatment at your appointment.
Approval, terms and rates are set by Cherry, not by us. Read their terms before applying — it is a credit product, and it should be treated like one.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be bought online at any time and used toward any service.
An honest note on budgeting
Two things worth saying:
Ask about the course, not the session. The sticker price on a single appointment can be misleading where a series is genuinely needed. Ask what the full plan costs.
Do not stretch for it. A good provider will happily suggest a more modest plan, a gentler treatment, or waiting. Aesthetic treatment is elective. It should fit your life rather than strain it, and any clinic that pushes you past that is not looking after you.
Common questions
Do you take insurance?
Aesthetic and elective treatment is generally not covered. Ask us directly about cost and we will be straightforward with you.
Can I split payment across methods?
Ask at your appointment.
Is a package cheaper than paying per session?
That is the point of one, and the number is worked out at consultation. Ask for it whenever a course is recommended.
What if I start a package and cannot finish it?
Ask about this before you buy, not after. Knowing the answer up front is part of deciding.
Does applying for Cherry affect my credit?
Applying does not affect your credit score. Everything beyond that — approval, rates, terms — is set by Cherry, and you should read their terms.
When will the membership launch?
It is being finalised. Call 615.236.2400 and we will tell you where it stands rather than guessing here.
Do gift cards expire?
Ask us when you buy — we would rather answer specifically than generalise on a web page.
