How Much Does Botox Cost in Hendersonville, TN?

Marjorie Lantum, M.D.
A consultation desk

Price is the first question almost everyone asks, and it is a fair one. The honest answer is that "how much is Botox" has no single number, because Botox is not sold by the appointment. It is sold by the unit.

At Willow and Oak Aesthetic Collective in Hendersonville, both Botox and Xeomin are $12 per unit.

What a unit is

A unit is a measure of the product itself, not a measure of time or of area. Two people having the same area treated can need meaningfully different amounts, because the muscle underneath is not the same size or the same strength in everybody.

That is why a clinic quoting a flat per-area price is either averaging across patients or assuming a fixed dose. Per-unit pricing is more transparent: you pay for what you actually receive.

So what will it come to?

Your provider works out the number of units at your consultation, after looking at the area and watching it move. That number depends on:

  • Which area is being treated, and how large it is
  • How strong the muscle is — this varies a great deal between people
  • Whether you have had neuromodulator treatment before, and how you responded
  • What you are hoping for, which is a conversation, not a formula

Because of that, we do not publish a units-per-area table. Any number we printed would be wrong for a good proportion of the people reading it, and being told one price online and a different one in the chair is a bad way to start.

What we can tell you is the arithmetic: at $12 a unit, your total is simply the units your provider recommends multiplied by twelve. Ask for that number before anything is administered. You should always know your total before treatment begins.

Botox or Xeomin?

We carry both, at the same per-unit price. They are different products from different manufacturers and they are not dosed interchangeably, so the unit count may differ between them. Which one your provider suggests is a clinical conversation — there is more on how that decision gets made in our piece on choosing between Botox and Xeomin.

Paying for it

A few practical notes:

  • Packages. For several of our services, package pricing is available and is worked out at consultation.
  • Membership. We are finalising a membership programme. Call us and we will tell you where it stands.
  • Financing. We offer Cherry payment plans, so treatment can be spread over time rather than paid up front. Applying does not affect your credit score. Terms are set by Cherry, not by us.

Before you book

Neuromodulators are prescription medical products. They are administered here by a provider, under the oversight of our medical director, and they are not appropriate for everyone. Your consultation exists to establish whether they are appropriate for you — and a good consultation is as willing to say "not this" as "yes, this".

Common questions

Why will not anyone give me a straight price online?

Because the honest answer depends on your face. Per-unit pricing is the transparent version: we publish the rate, and your provider tells you the quantity once they have looked at the area.

Is a cheaper per-unit price a better deal?

Not necessarily, and this is worth understanding. Unit price alone tells you nothing about how many units you will be advised to have, or who is administering them. A very low advertised rate paired with a high recommended dose is not a saving. Compare the total, and compare who is doing the treatment.

How long does an appointment take?

The treatment itself is short. Your first visit is longer, because the consultation is the substantial part. Allow more time than you think for the first one.

How long do results last?

This varies between people and we are not going to give you a number that will be wrong for a good share of readers. Your provider will discuss what is realistic for you at consultation, and will have a better answer after they have seen how you respond the first time.

Does it hurt?

Most people describe it as very brief and quite tolerable. Your provider will talk you through what to expect before anything happens.

What should I avoid beforehand?

Your provider will give you specific guidance at consultation, and it is worth asking rather than guessing. Tell them about all medications and supplements you take — including over-the-counter ones, which people routinely forget to mention.

Can I have it done on a lunch break?

Once you are an established patient and you know how you respond, appointments are short. For a first visit, do not plan it that tightly.

Comparing clinics in the area

If you are ringing around Hendersonville, Gallatin and the Nashville area, these are the questions worth asking every one of them:

  • What is your per-unit price, and will you tell me my total before you start?
  • Who will actually be performing the treatment, and what are their qualifications?
  • Who is your medical director?
  • Who assesses me before treatment, and how long is that assessment?
  • What happens if I have a concern afterwards — who do I call?

Any well-run practice answers all five without hesitating.

If you are local and you would like an actual number rather than an internet estimate, book a consultation and we will give you one.

Every plan here is set at consultation. Prices are starting prices and are subject to change; package pricing is given at consultation.
